A major Economic Development programme on Tyneside is celebrating its achievements!  The EU-funded North of Tyne Community Led Local Development Programme used SIGNAL to measure its impact and to tell a rich story about how, despite having to navigate a Pandemic and an enduring Cost-of-Living crisis, the Programme has made a significant positive impact on its residents and partners.
